RETURNS

We accept merchandise purchased from the VOTTA website in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price if the return criteria is met. There is no restocking fee.  We provide free returns as long as the return has met the criteria below. You have 14 days from the date the item was delivered to return your goods.  See return qualifications and return process below for further return instructions.

 

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS

-The items must be unworn and unopened. 

-Items must be in undamaged original packaging and in re-sellable condition.    

-If a return is requested after 14 days from the delivery of the item or does not otherwise meet the requirements of our return policy we will not accept the return

-All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before it can be returned.  If it has not been authorized, the package will be returned to the return address listed on the package and a refund will not be processed. 

Note:  Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow worn items to be returned for the safety of our customers and workers.  We stress that any worn items do not qualify for a return for hygienic and safety purposes.  

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To begin the return process please send a message to info@vottasocks.com and include as many of the details below as possible:

  • Your name and phone number
  • The purchaser's name and/or email
  • Order ID (included on packing slip if gift was shipped directly)
  • Item Description/Quantity (include a picture if that helps!)
  • Reason for return 

 Note:  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.

 After submitting the email, a link to your mailing label along with return instructions will be emailed to you (please allow one business day). Print the prepaid shipping label from the e-mail and attach it to your return package. We will issue you a full refund once your order has been received.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed once your item has arrived at our facility. Once we have received your return, our associates will take care of the rest!

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.  If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s).  VOTTA does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for items purchased through 3rd party retailers. All returns must meet the requirements listed above.

If you would like to return a gift order, it will be required that you provide the original order number for the online purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Exchanges and store credit are not available for gift returns.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please reply to the confirmation email or contact us at info@vottasocks.com.  Cancellations are dependent on the orders current status at time of request. We ask that a request is made as soon as possible.  Items that have been processed and shipped will no longer be eligible for cancellation. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.
